Professional Standards

Our professional standards include:

• Immediate acknowledgement of assignments, identifying our file number and the assigned adjuster.
• Contact all parties within 24 hours of the assignment.
• Property inspected within 48 hours of receipt of assignment.
• Monthly status reports on full assignments, following first preliminary 21-day report, are scheduled to meet clients' specific requirements.
